Biographical Notes: |
In 1992, as one of the Lineal Murphy Scholars
for that year, Nicole completed her Masters Specialising in International Law
at the University of Cambridge (LL.M (i)). After a short time practising as a
solicitor at Mallesons Stephen Jaques, in 1993 Nicole commenced practice at
the NSW Bar. She practises mainly in the areas of Administrative Law, Commercial Law, Defamation and Constitutional Law. She is an active member of the Australian Section of the International Commission of Jurists ("ASICJ"), and convenor of its Sub Committee on the International Criminal Court. |
