DONATIONS  

Donations (over $2) to the Lionel Murphy Foundation are tax deductible.

Please make your cheque payable to The Lionel Murphy Foundation, 

and post to GPO Box 4545, SYDNEY  NSW  2001.

BEQUESTS

If you are considering a bequest to The Lionel Murphy Foundation, the following forms of wording, depending on the type of bequest, should be used.

"I give to The Lionel Murphy Foundation, GPO Box 4545, Sydney NSW 2001 

    (a)    the sum of $........... to be used for the provision of postgraduate scholarships.    

or

    (b)    ....% of my Estate to be used for the provision of postgraduate scholarships.

or

    (c)    the residue of my Estate to be used for the provision of postgraduate scholarships.

or

    (d)    .................... (description of item of property).

and I direct that the official receipt of The Lionel Murphy Foundation shall be sufficient discharge to my Executor(s)".

            (By all means discuss the above wording with your solicitor.)
